THE PLANTS SPEAK

A project about accepting my interwoven and living relationship with the land through collaborating with plant pigments.

Humans evolved alongside plants and we rely on each other to grow and survive.

What happens when we honor and celebrate those relationships?

Enjoy the series of abstract paintings on paper using pounded flowers and botanical inks to express the life-giving relationship between humans and plants. The images contrast geometrical lines and forms with accidental shapes and colors. Micro and macro merging. My practice is to continually listen and follow.
